The Dual-Intensity Battery Operated Hugger Candle has an LED bulb that shines brighter on one side and softer on the other. The base is oblong and has a footprint of 2.25" x 1.5". This unconventional shaped base is weighted and allows the candle to fit on ANY windowsill without tipping over. Its shape hugs the window. The bulb is cool to the touch and is rated to last 10,000 hours. On one set of batteries the candle will last all season long! The candle adjusts in height from 8.5" up to 10" to allow the light to shine above or below the muntins in the window. The bulb has a timer (6hrs on ~ 18 hours off).
